This time cheered up and drowned out by a dinner/playdate with Robin, Paul and Rachel. Whenever I tuned in, I heard both of the esteemed candidates (McCain especially) repeating verbatim entire sentences from the previous week. Weirdnesses: McCain's new "cozy" voice affect, and his repeated invocation of Lieberman as his big move to reach across the table. Hello? Someone turned that table around.
I think we are all getting weary of this.
