Running behind

Back from Italy, where we had very limited internet, then my computer broke-- on the last slide of my talk. But before I catch up, here's a lovely photo. When Anselm, Eliot and I got the train down from Venice to Florence, Anselm wanted the singleton of our three seats, as he wanted some peace to go on with his reading. He's churning through the Magic Tree House series, not very complicated, but full of travel, adventure and scene changes.. very good for him right now. They are simple enough to build up his speed and fluency, and are turning him into a real reader. He is reading all the time.
