Blaise is off launching Bing Maps. It's been interesting to follow the on-line commentary-- very hard for the world to get over the anti-Microsoft thing and give any credit. Especially odd the pro-Google slavishness. Microsoft is damned for incorporating a necessary plug-in to actually make the thing work (since open source stuff currently doesn't provide the needed functionality); where Google is "stepping back" from plug-ins-- except, ahem, the proprietary Adobe plug-in Flash required for their Streetview to work. But Adobe and Google, that's OK! They're not huge monopolistic mega-corporations.. oh..
