Belatedly.. here's Anselm running joyfully back to school to join his beloved group of friends, some of whom, including Sophia, have been in his class since kindergarten. Eliot started at a local pre-K school this year. There was anticipation, there was pride, there was delight..then there was sadness and anxiety at the realization that this would go on indefinitely. But after a couple of days she was into the rhythm and is loving it.

I bet you're experiencing something like me: delighted and proud to see the big one joining the real world, panicked and sad to see the little one leave babyhood way behind.
