Urban jungle

Last week Anselm tried out a class in parkour for the first time, at a gym in Fremont. Kind of a gritty scene, with kids dressed in urban gear-- hoodies and Converse-- running, climbing, balancing. He enjoyed it a lot. It's practical gymnastics, with useful training in how to run properly, balance, swerve, leap.. how to position the foot, cushion a fall. Great activity for the winter months coming.
