First day of school

Anselm started back in second grade today, after a long summer missing school--wishing to be back started about three days after school ended. He is reunited with all the friends from kindergarten and is very happy. He refused to get a back-to-school haircut and is sporting a Californian surfer dude look. He says he is "proud of his locks".
Eliot had her orientation at her preschool today too. She took it very seriously and felt obliged to answer all questions, even the rhetorical ones.
