Picnic day
We have arranged with a group of friends-- and I take credit for this idea, which I have intended to implement for years-- to set a day in the week on which to converge for picnics in the park through the summer. This week was the second time, and the ante was certainly upped-- Nancy's eggplant and mozzarella sandwiches on homemade focaccia, Craig's wok-fried tiger shrimp, George's "kickbutt" gazpacho, Campari and orange, prosecco.
