The TED toy this year, fortuitously, turned out to be a panda. Even more fortuitously, we came home with two. In fact, these days, the right number of animals is three: one for Anselm, two for Eliot, so there can be a mother and a baby.The kids have been obsessed with Kung Fu Panda, a brilliant Christmas present from Uncle John and Aunty Sharon. True to type, Anselm took on the role of the sage elder-- he has spent much of the past few weeks in a pirate cape with a walking stick-- and Eliot, the Dragon Warrior.
