His next exciting adventure

Not to waste a minute of life: Anselm and Blaise went off this weekend to a Y-Guides camp near Gig Harbor. Anselm had the time of his life. In a very intense 40 hours, the boys, with dads, did a night hike, made a campfire, scaled a huge climbing wall, canoed, played football, soccer and street hockey, did archery, learned to shoot a BB gun, and spent an hour with reptiles handling pythons and boas. Not to mention night-time skits and epic pillowfights. One funny story: in this parent crowd of engineers and doctors, one night, one of the dads pulled off a stunt with the campfire-lighting. He rigged some contraption with copper wires etc and the fire miraculously burst into full flame ("like Darth Vader entering the rebel ship", as it was described).
