Weekend highlights: on Friday evening we had the wonderful experience of a party at Petra's stunning place in the Smith-- Anselm and I climbed into the ball on the very top and saw the amazing view. Xaq, Mary and the 0.6th new addition stayed the weekend, and Xaq quickly took to the new powerisers (which Blaise, it turns out, could not resist buying). Today we took a ferry to
Bainbridge Island for a happy and long-postponed day with Rachel, Robin and Paul. The kids loved the small but well-designed children's museum there and built and fired various paper projectiles. Eliot worked intently and alone on a number of projects, including building and playing with a little bridge.
