Highlights of the week so far:Grandma and Granddad's arrival.. Eliot is just in love with her granddad.

Our beautiful, quiet, calm beach, with shallow, sandy water protected by a far off reef, with a tree swing and climbing rocks, and some resident turtles.
Exploring the lagoon and chasing the turtles on a sea kayak.
Breakfast! Supplied by frequent stops to the roadside fruit stalls, we are feasting every day on miniature apple bananas, mango and papaya spiced with sea salt and lime, along with crepes (recipe now perfected) and tiny local croissants.
Bharathi, Stan, Leela and Avi's visit for kayaking and a barbecue yesterday. Lots of fun for everyone.
The delicious local kampachi fish cooked on the charcoal grill .
Dad's freshly squeezed tangerine and grapefruit juice from the fruit trees on our lawn.
Drives up along the magnificent northern coast, through the very cute village of Hanalei backed by jungly crags with waterfalls cascading down, to
some amazing beaches.
