Spice Girl

A new branch of India Bistro just opened on Roosevelt, moving our old Ballard habit a bit closer to home (they were very happy to see us again!). Eliot, it turns out, is a big fan. She scarfed down mattar paneer and saag aloo, dipped her pappadum into the plum sauce and kept asking for more "yoghurt" (raita). Her face was beaded with sweat but she ate relentlessly until she was about to burst.
