Happier travelling

I discovered something useful yesterday in my four-hour stopover in Heathrow: Urban Retreat. This is a kind of spa where I got the haircut I missed out through lack of time before I left, had a great shower for seven pounds, and got to sit quietly with a cup of tea and A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius away from the stress and noise of the airport. Well worth it despite the rather English hair results (think Lady Di circa 1981).
